[fixed]Increasing Devotion wrong flashback cost & tokens

Describe the Bug:
1- Increasing Devotion 's flashback cost is wrongly {5}

.
2- Increasing Devotion when cast with flashback so from graveyard doesn't make 10 tokens but 5.
Which card did behave improperly?
Increasing Devotion

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Increasing Devotion 's flashback cost is wrongly {7}

.
2- Increasing Devotion when cast with flashback or cast any other way from a graveyard makes 10 tokens.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed both in commit 875e52cc.
