Describe the Bug:
Talon of Pain never prompts for a target, so it never deals damage.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Talon of Pain.

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Dev master head, 6287802.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Target and deal damage.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
No.

It doesn't cost x mana nor taps either.

Talon of Pain now after commit 3936db6f prompts and charges cost but still doesn't prompt or deal damage of course to target nor taps when activated.
