Which card did behave improperly?
Ray of Command
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Ray of Command can target only opponent's creatures.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed only this in commit 3cecd89. We already have reports for steal bugs.
