[fix]Shadowcloak Vampire AI activates multiple times a turn

There maybe a bug with AI - Shadowcloak Vampire, otherwise AI certainly needs help using this card.
AI activates multiple times Shadowcloak Vampire 's ability loosing in vain 2 lives each time (in the screenshot you can see AI activated 6 times in a raw! loosing 12 lives). I also have seen AI activate it while it is tapped and not attacking.
Which card did behave improperly?
Shadowcloak Vampire
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
AI doesn't activate it more than once in a turn if it doesn't have lost flying in the meantime & doesn't activate it while tapped unless a destroy non fliers is cast.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
