Describe the Bug:
Withering Wisps can be activated more times than the number of my snow swamps
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?
dev version 250c78bd updated to 11-5-19 /DUEL
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Activate the ability no more times than the number of snow swamps you control

Fixed in commit 75f347c4 and in commit 1090c90d the basic lands bug.
