[fixed]Kamigawa cards trigger on arcane spells, not spirits

Describe the Bug:
The Kamigawa cards that trigger "Whenever you cast a Spirit or Arcane Spell" trigger on Arcane spells cast, but not on spirit spells

Which card behaved improperly?
Bounteous Kirin
Celestial Kirin
Cloudhoof Kirin
Infernal Kirin
Skyfire Kirin
etc.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Has already been fixed in commit ec8e55763. viewtopic.php?f=112&t=19991&p=229696&hilit=waning+moon#p229696
