[unconfirm]Save game dialog hangs when do else than saving

Describe the Bug:
When I do something else than saving games within the Save Game dialog, e.g. deleting a file, the game hangs.

Which card behaved improperly?

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Test Manalink 3.0 Build as of 01-Aug-2019 updated till Nullstone Gargoyle in commit 01e3541. Duel.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Dialog should return.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

I tried what you did in savegame dialoq (deleted, renamed a file) but I had no problems. If you can replicate the issue consistently tell me how to do it.
Otherwise maybe a dump error that didn't crash the game could have caused issues although I have not met anything like this in the past. But some dump errors that seem innocent because they don't lead to a crash or immediate issues some times cause problems later.
