Describe the Bug:

Indulgent Aristocrat's activated ability is not requiring the (2) colorless portion of its cost.

(2), Sacrifice a creature: Put a +1/+1 counter on each Vampire you control.

The sacrifice portion of the cost and the +1/+1 counter effect are functioning properly.
