Describe the Bug:

After a non-angel creature you control dies, Archangel Avacyn // Avacyn, the Purifier does not transform at the beginning of next upkeep.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

When a non-angel creature you control dies, Archangel Avacyn // Avacyn, the Purifier should transform and deal 3 damage to each other creature and each opponent at the beginning of the next upkeep.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

No.

Fixed in commit 2619d0c +fixed when transforms damages also itself & also controller.
