Changing the text of Momir Vig does not seem to trigger both abilities when casting creatures.

I can't confirm this in Manalink.3.0 and latest Test build updated till January 12/2020 at least not with this very limited description and we are talking about Momir Vig, Simic Visionary.
Assuming the bug report is for Manalink.3.0 please next time look at the viewtopic.php?f=86&t=4012 on how to report bugs and use the template there according to what version you play and attach a savegame, thanks.
