[fixed]Minion Reflector triggers on token creatures

Describe the Bug:

Minion Reflector is triggering when a token creature enters the battlefield. If offers to make a token copy of that token for (2), and then triggers again on the new token. And on and on and on, allowing as many token copies to be made as the player has mana available.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Minion Reflector should trigger only when a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit 155a227.
