[fixed]Sword of the Paruns abilities can't be activated

Sword of the Paruns can't be activated for its equip ability, but will still light up as if it can. Cards like Brass Squire can still equip the sword, but then its other activated ability (tap or untap equipped creature) doesn't work.
Its passive abilities seem to work fine.
