[fixed]Otherworld Atlas doesn't tap

Describe the Bug:
Otherworld Atlas does not tap when either of its effects are used. Since tapping is the only cost, either effect can be played an unlimited amount of times.
Which card behaved improperly?
Otherworld Atlas
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Otherworld Atlas should tap when either effect is used.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Otherworld Atlas does not tap when either of its effects are used. Since tapping is the only cost, either effect can be played an unlimited amount of times.
