[fixed]Temporal Aperture: no effect

Describe the Bug:
After activating Temporal Aperture a card named "Temporal Aperture" is shown, but nothing else happens, i.e. I don't know what the topmost card is and cannot play it.

Which card behaved improperly?
Temporal Aperture

The topmost card should be shown and be playable.
