[fixed]Seeker of Insight - ability not usable

Describe the Bug:
Seeker of Insight - ability does not activate on casting of a noncreature spell. Casting either winds of rebuke or floodwaters in attached game should allow use of Seeker of Insight ability
Which card behaved improperly?

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

Fixed in commit 5dd04ec. This and the previous bug such a pity for tested cards to get bugs ( omissions or false values in the transfer from testing to git files ).
