[fixed/closed] Suq'Ata Firewalker

Describe the Bug:
Suq'Ata Firewalker - this card would be horrendous to code I reckon
Currently, it cant be lightning bolted (correct), but it can be targeted by red enchantments, and it can be targeted by red abilities. In savegame I have a red aura on it and its about to get killed by Prodigal Pyromancer
Which card behaved improperly?
Suq'Ata Firewalker
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
version 6-2020 v2 3e9f36321, duel

Yes, sorry I didn't lost the limitations in the patch notes. It has the same shortcomings as Gaea's Revenge in that it can be targeted by abilities but not spells. Raiding Party doesn't have this semi-shroud ability implemented at all.I tried everything I could think of, but it's more complex than it seems.

That's interesting, drool66. It makes me think of Emrakul, the Aeons Torn's current state. He seems to have shroud, ruling out not just targeting from colored spells but also abilities from permanents.drool66 said: It has the same shortcomings as Gaea's Revenge in that it can be targeted by abilities but not spells.
Emrakul thread
I can't help but wonder if the shortcomings you mentioned about the Gaea's Revenge's implementation wouldn't be an improvement for Emrakul, making his special protection ability correct/closer to correct?
Thanks for all your work!

You have a good point, I suppose what effectively amounts to "can't be the target of colored spells" might be considered better than shroud - still a far cry from protection from colored spells though. Gargaroz said in that thread that they were working on special protections in the Emrakul thread; I saw some of that but didn't look into it at the time. I'll delve further.
