Describe the Bug:
Devasting Summons creates two 2X/2X tokens when sacrificing X lands, e.g. I get two 4/4 tokens when sacrificing 2 lands.

No.

It's a global bug with tokens as drool66 has mentioned in "Sarkhan Vol dragon tokens 8/8" topic so don't post bugs about tokens until that gets fixed.
