Launch the Fleet is not castable.
Which card behaved improperly?
Launch the Fleet
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Should be able to cast for (W) as a sorcery, with Strive adding an additional (1) for each target beyond the first.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
No.
