[fixed]Enclave Cryptologist can't level up

Describe the Bug:

Enclave Cryptologist level up ability is not available. The card is 'lit up', like its ready to be activated for something. Mana is available. But clicking it gives no option.

Which card behaved improperly?

Enclave Cryptologist

U(1) per level up.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

No.

Not a global bug but affects some level up creatures. Some mentioned here:

Fixed in commit 16b4dd8.
