Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief's ability isn't reducing toughness of the target or increasing power on Drana.
Which card behaved improperly?

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Should reduce target's toughness / increase Drana's power by X until EOT.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
No.
