[duplicate]Triskelion getting double counters

Describe the Bug:
Triskelion is coming into play with six +1/+1 counters.
In the scenario I noticed it, Triskelion was put on the board via Tooth and Nail. I'll attach the save.
Which card behaved improperly?
Triskelion
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
version 8-2020 a62926f - gauntlet
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Triskelion should ETB with three +1/+1 counters.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
No

This is duplicate of this and it's
Tooth and Nail's issue. The bug happens if you try to put two Triskelion into play or select the same Triskelion twice.
