[fixed]Cinderhaze Wretch discard and untap

Describe the Bug:

Cinderhaze Wretch's discard and untap abilities both fail in the same manner reported in this fixed/closed report from 2014:

viewtopic.php?f=110&t=14275&p=152401&hilit=cinderhaze+wretch#p152401

It will tap and target a player for discard, but no card is chucked. It will acquire a -1/-1 counter, but not untap.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Tap for target discard during controller's turn / put a -1/-1 counter on it to untap

Fixed in commit 431b8f.
