[fixed] Selhoff Occultist

Hi,

Selhoff Occultist also lets you target a player to mill a card whenever a land card goes into the graveyard and when I used Shattering Spree on the AI's Ivory Tower it also happened.

Selhoff Occultist doesn't let you target a player to mill a card whenever Selhoff Occultist dies.

I have fixed 1st and mostly 2nd but I am trying to solve also this which is part of the second bug:

I've fixed Selhoff Occultist, uncommitted. Aswan jaguar, is it Falkenrath Noble, Blood Artist, and Kalastria Highborn that are also bugged? How about Ulvenwald Observer?

As I mention to the link above I couldn't fix this which is the same bug for
Selhoff Occultist, too:
2- The ability doesn't trigger for Blood Artist itself if another creature's death hasn't triggered Blood Artist ability before Blood Artist itself dies.Otherwise it seems to work correctly.
e.g. Creature A has died and so triggered Blood Artist 's ability (since Blood Artist has hit the battlefield).(from now on if another creature or Blood Artist itself dies it will trigger).
e.g Blood Artist dies (since Blood Artist has hit the battlefield) before any other creature dies then it doesn't trigger). It creates the legacy that will trigger if another creature opponent's is killed or something like that happens turns later.

EDIT:
For Kalastria Highborn which possibly is the same for few others, too BUT I haven't test that another issue is that:
