Hi,
When Dominating Licid is an aura enchantment and you pay the cost of U to end the effect you still keep control over the creature previously being enchanted by Dominating Licid.

Hypnotic Siren has the same bug (when leaves play or attaches to another creature with Enchantment Alteration).
