Collectible Card Game Headquarters

After the activation of Voyager Staff, the game crashes to desktop.

Fixed in commit e371c6c ("Fix Voyager Stuff crash on activation - no prompt", 2021-09-19).

Also removed the code that makes AI "blink" a card that has been dealt lethal damage which is of course a bug. We have to find another way to tip AI for these kind of effects.
