This is a duplicate, cards or abilities with mana restriction, "Spend this mana only to cast ..." can't be coded correctly in Manalink. Sliver Hive is quite a good card without that ability that's why it's creator decided to be included. I think we have a couple of others that approximate this instead by making spells cost less when that ability is activated.
