[fixed]Stasis Cocoon - allows activated abilities

Describe the Bug:
Stasis Cocoon should prevent activating the activated abilites of the artifact. However AI player is still using those.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Holidays 2021, duel.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Activated abilities of the artifact should be blocked.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
No. Maybe it's not the Stasis Cocoon fault, but wrong information about Tower of Murmurs' ability, which is enchanted by Stasis Cocoon?

Confirmed both players can activate the enchanted artifact.
