[fixed]Lord of Shatterskull pass ability doesn't deal damage

Describe the Bug:
When a a fully-leveled Lord of Shatterskull Pass attacks it does not deal 6 damage to each creature defending player controls.
Savegame attached.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Holidays 2021 ad1a6f8
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
It should deal the 6 pts to each of defending player's critters.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
