[fixed] Phyrexian Revoker doesn't revoke

Phyrexian Revoker's banned activated ability remains activate-able. In the save I'm attaching the chosen source is Sylvan Caryatid. I also tested with non-mana producing abilities.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
The chosen nonland source shouldn't be able to use activated abilities.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
