[fixed]Dissipation Field triggers on dmg to PW

Describe the Bug:
Dissipation Field is returning a permanent to owner's hand when that permanent solely damages a planeswalker.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Holidays 2021 ad1a6f8 - gauntlet
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Triggers on damage to Dissipation Field controller.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit dd36cbc. Also fixed same for Martyrs of Korlis, No Mercy, Spirit of Resistance, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, & Dread.
