[fixed] Seraph of the Scales has no abilities

Seraph of the Scales vigilance and deathtouch abilities cannot be activated.
Seraph of the Scales afterlife 2 ability does not trigger upon death.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Vigilance. Deathtouch. Two white and black spirit tokens with flying
