[fix] Nissa, Steward of Elements fails on artifact creatures

Describe the Bug:

Nissa, Steward of Elements second ability doesn't work on artifact creatures.

It works properly to put non-artifact creatures into play, both colored and colorless such as eldrazi.

My savegame includes a brainstorm and a couple of artifact creatures in hand to place on top of deck before triggering her ability.

Artifact creatures are eligible for the ability.
