[fixed]Suppression Bonds doesn't affect blocking

Describe the Bug:

A creature enchanted with Suppression Bonds can still block. The other limiting effects of the aura (attacking, activated abilities) seem to work properly.

Upon further review!

After seeing and reporting this issue on 2 cards in a row, I tested several more enchantments that have the same affect as Suppression Bonds and Lawmage's Binding.

One Thousand Lashes
Prison Term

All fail to prevent the enchanted creature from blocking. What these cards have in common is the combined limitation on attacking/blocking/activated abilities. A few enchantments I tested that limit only attacking/blocking (but not activated abilities) worked as intended, e.g., Cage of Hands or Bound in Silence.
