[fixed]Lawmage's Binding doesn't affect blocking

A creature enchanted with Lawmage's Binding can still block. The other limiting effects of the aura (attacking, activated abilities) seem to work properly.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Enchanted creature cannot block.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
