[fixed]Loyal Retainers ineligible legend

With Loyal Retainers in play during my pre-combat phase and two legendary creature cards in my GY, I can sacrifice Loyal Retainers and return one legend to the battlefield, but not the other.
Lady Caleria - returnable
Yisan, the Wanderer Bard - not returnable
I thought perhaps Yisan was not flagged as a legend, but I tested Karakas on him and it works. I'm hoping you folks can recognize what characteristic is making Loyal Retainers have a problem with Yisan.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
