[fixed]Angel of Glory's Rise doesn't return humans

Angel of Glory's Rise enters the battlefield effect properly exiles all zombies, but does not return humans from your graveyard to play.
This issue appears to have returned after being reported and fixed in 2012.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
All Human creature cards in controller's GY are returned to the battlefield.
