Lawmage's Binding prevents enchanted creature from blocking, however it is still able to block (see attached save right at point of combat).
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
The enchanted creature is unable to block.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Unlikely.
