[fixed]Detain - Archon of the Triumvirate on Cursed Scroll

Describe the Bug:
Archon of the Triumvirate allows player to detain up to two non-land permanents. Detain prevents attacking, blocking and activating abilities. In save game, Cursed Scroll is detained but is able to still activate ability. (Looking at previous bug reports via search - previous reported issue was incorrectly for triggered abilities, and not on activated abilities, so appears to be new bug.)

Also - there seems to be multiple instances of "Detain" cards piling up in player board which seems strange. See save game.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Detained Cursed Scroll not able to activate.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Unsure - but can confirm attack/block does get stopped by Detain.

Fixed both issues in commit 6b853f1.
