[fixed]Paladin of Prahv - Forecast Mechanic

Describe the Bug:
Paladin of Prahv allows Forecast (use an ability on the card during upkeep phase without playing the card). I used forecast ability on Serra Ascendant and instead of giving Serra Ascendant the Paladin of Prahv ability, it creates a strange Air Elemental card in hand.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Serra Ascendant should get a buff which allows it to get life when dealing damage (on top of existing lifelink).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Used the forecast mechanic on another creature and same issue was found.
