[fixed]Gobhobbler Rats - Hellbent Ability

Gobhobbler Rats gets a +1/0 and regenerate when player has no cards (Hellbent). It appears when player has no cards, the rats get regen, but not the +1/0
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Gobhobbler Rats gets +1/0 as well as regen when there are no cards in hand.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
No issue with Hellbent - works across all cards I've come across so far. Just this card.
