[fixed]Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver returns creatures as legends

Describe the Bug:

Today I was playing Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and the AI opponent happened to have a Karakas on the board. After I used Ashiok's nightmare creature effect, the opponent was able to target and bounce the returned-from-exile cards using Karakas. In the first case the creature was a Serra Avatar. In the second case it was a Serendib Efreet. Neither are normally legendary.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

The effect should add 'Nightmare' to the creature types but not return them as legends.

Confirmed in your save, but cannot duplicate in dev. I've overhauled how added subtypes work and that may have been what fixed this.
