[fixed] Ashiok, Nightmare Muse final ability

Describe the Bug:

Ashiok, Nightmare Muse final ability fizzles and you can neither select from your opponent's collection of exiled cards nor cast 3 of them without paying the mana cast.

The cards exiled by the nightmare creatures created with Ashiok's 1st ability are never shown, which makes it difficult to know when to use the final ability even if it was functioning. On another Ashiok planeswalker, Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, this is mitigated by having a menu option on the planeswalker to view exiled cards. Another implementation I recall from Karn Liberated in Korath's wonderful Shandalar builds had phantom images of exiled cards stack above the planeswalker card.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Cast up to 3 face up cards your opponents own from exile without paying their mana cost. Face-up cards exiled by sources other than Ashiok should be be included in the selection. (All exiled cards in MTG are by default exiled face-up and should be viewable unless specified otherwise by the source of exile.)

Since Ashiok, Nightmare Muse can cast any card in opponent's exile, not just the ones exiled by the tokens he creates, you can just check the opponent's exile zone, no need to put extra functionality on Ashiok (right-click opponent's graveyard->view the out-of-play cards)
