[fix]Banishing Knack / Retraction Helix

My opponent plays Banishing Knack or Retraction Helix on my creature and taps it on his own.
I think it may be a good idea to just fix the AI.

First of all this is a duplicate of this and others mentioned there
I don't know if this can be fixed correctly, since even shandalar doesn't have this right (2020 version). In shandalar AI can't activate such an ability if human plays it on AI's creature only Human can and vice versa I guess not tested. At least in shandalar the enchanted card's controller will use the effect of the activation and not the controller of Banishing Knack / Retraction Helix.

I can only stop AI from targeting opponent's creatures.

Probably now AI will not target opponent's creatures in commit d029788. Which of course is not optimal as it will stop AI from using the card to target a card like Skulking Ghost.
