Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hello. That bugs i get.
1) When comes in play, Sword of Fire and Ice destroy Rules of Engine in game(planeswalker, gods,etc comes to graveyard)
2) Anax, Hardened in the Forge creates wrong tokens at most time. Sometime it creates 2/2 tokens(that not correct by card rules), and sometimes create weird amount of tokens and sometimes create it when something happens with creatures of opponent.
