God-Eternal Oketra has an effect to create a 4/4 golem when you play a creature. But this was still triggering after God-Eternal Oketra had been killed and was off the board.

Unconfirmed, the Golem tokens are from General Ferrous Rokiric which is in play. God-Eternal Oketra is not in grave, exile and no trigger to make it's zombie warrior tokens.
