Collectible Card Game Headquarters

This was fixed before but I think it has broken again. It lets you tap it and create a mana token on the enemy turn but not on your own turn.

Coalition Relic doesn't produce a token, maybe you are talking about another card? Anyway it's abilities in dev can be activated on both turns. Unless you want to activate it on first main before the trigger resolves, that is not going to happen unless it's trigger ability is coded to use the stack.
Also do you have a stop before your first main phase so you can activate it before that?

I think I worked out the problem. It is only when the relic is first played. If I play it on Main Turn and then tap it to charge it, it reclaims the mana token on the next step in the same turn. But on other turns it lets me tap it on my turn.

So only a minor bug.
