I confirm this bug it's the same bug with Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper one.

Confirmed, also when AI cast one of the card listed (which is not available to see for the player but he can guess as Jester's Scepter show as triggerable during instant phase), even if you pay 2 the spell will not be countered and the exiled card will not go into the graveyard. Maybe because it's uncoded yet?

confirmed, also the suspend card is a Koth Emblem that is triggerable as an instant ability

confirmed, I get a window error and nothing happen though the loyalty counter are consumed.
Also savegames are corrupted when he is in play.

confirmed, the fun fact is that once cast, Artillerize will ask to sacrifice an artefact or a creature and will ask for one of your creature, AI's creature will be refused as an illegal controller error and AI/player will be refused as illegal target

If only one card is in the player graveyard when Gaea's Blessing is cast, it will be set at the top of the library and immediately drawn.
If Gaea's Blessing is cast several times, Rule Engine will be duplicated in the graveyard and drawn into player's hand

Card selected by Gaea's Blessing should be shuffled in the library instead of put into top of library.

Other cards also produce 4/4 beast tokens instead of 3/3. (Garruk Wildspeaker, Garruk, Primal Hunter) Might be a problem with the token instead of the card.
