Describe the Bug:
AI uses Hermetic Study to enchant my creature and deal damage to me with my creature! which is also tapped!!
Which card did behave improperly ?
Hermetic Study
Which Version did you use ?(Constructed, Limited)and which update(date,name)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
AI can't enchant my creature with Hermetic Study and deal damage to me.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

confirmed, the only ability that trigger is the return to hand when enchanted creature go from the battlefield to the graveyard, neither the infect nor the bugged state of banding work.

Goblin Welder does not tap when using its effect.

victim of night can kill target "Werewolf or Vampire or Zombie" but not "none of them"

I confirm the bug there is one more that Garruk Relentless loses a counter and transforms when you use it's ability to bolt-deal 3 damage although it has 0 cost.

I confirm this bug and there is 2 more.
1)When you target opponent's artifact he sacrifices it and he(AI) chooses which to put on battlefield.
2)The artifact returns to my battlefield instead of players selected (AI).

The blank legacy is a general engine issue recently fixed by Mok, and was already reported.
