As I already wrote, the rules text for Phyrexian Devourer was changed and now it checks for its power even in the activation of his ability.

Gargaroz maybe this has to do with what Sonic have noticed.In this case the Ultimate ability is missing from the card text so it can't be activated.I don't think we have another plainswalker with 4 activated abilities from the ones already coded.
I tried and added the text for the ultimate ability(4) but even when I had the proper number more than 12 countersthere was no option to activate it.
EDIT I activate the -12 ultimate but game crashes.I don't know if the problem is in csv (in excell everything is fine) because when I save-exit the 4th " -12: Exile all cards from target player's library, then that player shuffles his or her hand into his or her library." ability disappears.

Excel 2000/3 seeming regards a combination of the characters in the Planeswalker Rules Text as a malformed formula entry and, rather than reporting a formula error when importing the csv file, fails to import the complete rules text of some of the Planeswalker cards without warning.
So unless you want to re-enter the rules text in these card entries anytime you want to change anything; edit the xls file – not the csv.
(It’s currently unknown whether this affects later versions of Excel - if someone would like to check?)

If Fire/Ice is imprinted on Isochron Scepter you are asked to pay the mana cost of the half you want to play.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Isochron Scepter. (Or maybe Fire/Ice?)
Which Version did you use ?(Constructed, Limited)and which update(date,name)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
You should only pay the activation cost of Isochron Scepter and not the cost of the spell imprinted on it. (2 colorless only)
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Chancellor of the Annex can not be revealed before the beginning of the game as its ability states. You can only choose pass.

Baloth Cage Trap's alternative condition is triggered by artifacts entering the battlefield on the side of the player casting the Trap, not opponent's.

Describe the Bug:
I had 3,4 crashes against the same AI deck,crashes happened after AI draw,one time it was Land Grant the other a painland but with Land Grant in hand.(pic)
Land Grant played by AI also messes hand it discarded some of my cards and destroyed some of my lands.(savegame)

Gutter Grime always produces 4/4 tokens.

Noetic Scales works erratically.
1. Sometimes it does not return creatures to hand even if their controller has less cards in hand than it is their power.
2. When it returns creatures to hand it does so one by one and stops if the hand size is greater than the power.

(e.g., if there are 4 2/2 creatures on the battlefield and the player has only one card in hand at the beginning of the upkeep, all should be returned to hand)
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
