Many issues on this one indeed.
It's considered as global enchantment but once cast you get no target message (no cancel button but the game ask you for a target in reality), you have to choose a creature target:
- If the targeted creature is human, it get the bonus but the enchantment is not "stickied" to the creature
- If it's another creature nothing happen, the enchantment is tagged as global in play but the enchanted creature can attack

Temple of the False God ability can be used even if there are less than 5 lands in play

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Temple of the False God ability should be used only if there are 5 or more lands in play

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

The game consider the Temple of the False God mana as available even if there are less than 5 lands in play, but it will not tap on double click.

If it makes any sense the card can not directly(tap it before you choose to cast something) be tapped for mana if there are not 5 or more cards which is correct (doesn't light up either) but the cards in hand find it available (light up) and you can cast them which is wrong.

The value prot. from enchantments=shroud is not set to 1.
